Return, Refund and Cancellation terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No request for return or refund in full or in part shall be entertained after 24 hours from the time of invoicing
Payments can be made using Kalinga fresh Wallet, UPI, Net banking or Cash on Delivery (COD). However, the company reserves the right to temporarily or completely disable COD options during events pertaining to force majure (Refer to Force majure clause for details) especially considering the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic or other such circumstances where the company deems the need to reduce one-on-one interactions/ decrease delivery turn around time etc. In the event that customers need to avail COD option because of circumstances like inability to transact online/ failure of online payment/ problems with payment gateway etc when the option has been deactivated, they may contact Kalinga fresh at +91 63715 95094 via call or give the same concern in writing to info@kalingafresh.com and we will make special arrangements in such cases.
Customers are requested to kindly check the delivered contents upon delivery for any discrepancy and or missing items and or damaged product.
Kalinga fresh aims to serve its customer with fresh, good quality, hygienic and healthy products. However, we understand that there can be possibility of error. In the event of any missing items and or receipt of damaged goods, the value of such items as per the invoice shall be refunded. Requesting you to refer to the Refund policy for details.

Refund Policy
Refund will only be made in case of missing items and or damaged goods (Refer to the below mentioned point for detailed definition of Damaged products)
Damaged good herein refers to,
Visible marks of rotting/ spoiling/ black spots/ over ripe condition or worm infestation in the product. Any mark being considered as damage needs to be checked by the user by cutting the product and only such product would be covered under damaged product where the damage is likely visible even on the pulp and or inside portion of the said fruit and or vegetable. Note that even healthy product develop stain mark of certain kind depending upon the natural growth cycle of the Product and such marks will not be considered under definition of damage example : slight black spots on ripe bananas etc.
Incase of meat/fish products, signs of spoiling, smelling, etc.
Incase of groceries damage to packaging/ leakage etc, and or fungal or worm infestation in the product.
Taste, shape & size preferences will not be considered a factor in classifying a supply as damaged good.
All complaints regarding damaged goods must be made in writing within 12 hours from the time of delivery. Any requests made after 12 hours will not be entertained.
All complaints pertaining to damaged goods must be accompanied by photographs of damaged product. Kindly note that your photographs helps us in documenting our shortcomings which in turn would help us to better ourselves.
Refund for damaged goods shall be as follows,
For damages worth below Rs.100/- the value will be added to Kalinga fresh wallet, which may be redeemed in the subsequent purchase, within 2-3 working days.
For damages worth above Rs.100/- , the company shall refund Rs.100/- via Kalinga fresh wallet and rest will be refunded to the customer provided bank account and or UPI account online, within 2-3 working days.
In the event of sale at discounted rates the discounted rate shall be refunded and not the market price.
In case of missing items kindly inform the delivery staff at the point of delivery. Else if you are not able to check the contents at the time of delivery, you may reach out us via aforementioned mail, call or WhatsApp.
Refund for missing items will be as follows,
In case of COD orders cash refunds shall be made at the point of delivery if the miss has been pointed out to the delivery staff.
In all other cases, amount upto Rs.100/- will be credited to the Kalinga fresh wallet and if the missing value is more than Rs.100/-, then Rs.100/- will be credited to the Kalinga fresh Wallet and the balance will be refunded online to bank account / UPI id as specified by the Customer. Kindly allow 2-3 working days for processing such requests.
Order Cancellation Policy
Kindly understand that Kalinga fresh deals in fresh fruits and vegetables and in the event of cancellations, all the produce that were meant to be supplied goes to waste. No amount of safe storage/ refrigeration will bring back the lost freshness. For this reason, we would like to discourage you from cancelling your order.
In unavoidable circumstances, we request you to kindly cancel the order before order closing time as per the website, which currently is 7 am (0700 hours) on the day of delivery. Such cancellation requests may be made via call, WhatsApp or mail.
In cases of unavailability to receive the order, we request you to depute alternate delivery (eg. your neighbour) if possible, instead of cancelling the order.
In case of late cancellation/ non receipt of delivery, the company reserves the right to deny any further service to such accounts and further impose cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of Invoice value upto a maximum of Rs.500/-. In the cases of online payments, the pending cancellation charges shall be deducted from refund amount before refunding. In the cases of COD orders, the invoice for subsequent order shall include all pending cancellation charges.
Force Majeure Clause
The company shall not be held liable for its inability to carryout its obligations in full or part or as per normal expectations in events of acts of God, war, terrorism, earthquakes, cyclones, acts of government, explosions, fire, plagues or epidemics, and such other acts or events that are beyond the control of the company
