Kalinga fresh membership Terms and Conditions

Kalinga fresh prime and the benefits of the membership Program are offered at the sole discretion of Kalinga fresh. Eligible customers (as described below) may avail benefits accrued upon attaining member status

Eligibility - Only customers with a valid address in India may become members in the Program. Retail outlets, Corporations, associations and other groups may not participate. Kalinga fresh reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in our sole judgment, that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program's intent. If a member is disqualified, they forfeit their discount and all forthcoming benefits, if any

Definitions

• "Eligible Items" consist of all merchandise bought at Kalinga fresh until unless specified against by the Company in the terms and conditions clause. Users are advised to check for the list of items that are kept out of the Eligible itms list. The same will be updates under the Clause "List of Items Excluded from Premium Membership" on this Page
• "Net Purchases" are purchases of Eligible Items less all returns, price adjustments and other discounts, if any.

Discount - Please refer to the specific Premium membership product details for discount margin and validity period of the Offer. Once enrolled in the Program, you accumulate discount on your Total Invoice value of Eligible items. All activity on a premium member account, no matter who enters into the transaction, will be treated as activity of the Member if done using the member login id. You cannot club purchases of 2 different member IDs even if it is for the same house.

Calculation of Discount Value - The amount of your Total order value of Eligible Items at Kalinga fresh is the final value considered for calculation of discount.

Expiration of Discount - All discount expire after the stipulated period for which the membership voucher is redeemed. For example, if you purchase a premium membership of 3 months, it remains valid for a period of 90 days from the date of initiation/activation. Note that the date of initiation is the date from which your account is converted to a premium member account and may vary by a day or two from date of purchase. It usually takes a day (or two) to activate the account and convert it to premium account. Thus for example, Premium membership bought on July 1st will be activated on July 2nd (If July 2nd is a working day, in the event its a Holiday, the same would be updated on the next working day and all discounts as mentioned in the offer can be redeemed thereafter.

Discount - A logged in member’s discount will get auto applied to purchases if the products having the discount are part of your purchase basket. You need not enter any code or click any place. You can only avail discount if you are logged in at the time of purchase with the member id that has qualified for premium membership

Termination of or Change in Program - Kalinga fresh may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of discount being availed and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. Kalinga fresh reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Kalinga fresh whose decision will be final.

Other Terms - A Premium membership account is not transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or for any other reason. Events beyond Kalinga fresh’s control, such as computer equipment or electronic data transmission failure, strikes, pandemic, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism or war, which may materially affect our ability to perform, will allow us to suspend or terminate the Program

Change to Your Premium membership Account Information - You must advise Kalinga fresh of any change in your name or the address, phone number and/or email address associated with your Premium membership Account. Jurisdiction - Subject to the above, the courts at Bhubaneswar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of this Agreement
