The Freshly cut Mutton is received at our packaging center at 10:00 am every day. The Mutton is then cleaned and packed into Vaccum sealed packets of 250 gms each. The Packets are then Quick Chilled in a deep Freezer for about an Hour to maintain the quality during delivery, so you may get a chicken packet which is slightly cold to touch
