Ingredients

Fish 65%, Batter (Wheat Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Yellow Cornflour, Salt), Bread Crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oil on high flame (180°C).  If you don’t have a temperature gauge, sprinkle some  bread crumbs in the hot oil.  If crumbs start bubbling and frying immediately, the oil is sufficiently hot to start frying the product

Step 2: Once the oil is heated, immerse the frozen breaded product in the hot oil and then immediately reduce the heat to medium.

Step 3: Fry for 3-5 minutes till the bread crumbs are golden brown.

Step 4: Remove and drain excess oil and Serve hot
